Separated Sea

The sea border of Chanthaburi province next to Trat province is another miracle of the sea – separated when the tide is low. So the black sand beneath the sea level will appear to be a dry walkway along with sea water on both sides. It is located near Ko Chik. The mud from that area is perfect for planting, as it is nutrient rich from the decay of shells collected for a long period of time. From this spot, visitors can see Ko Chik, which is actually located in Trat province. The local fishermen with their small vessels come to rest as well as for the catch, so it is more to explore the local way of fishery in the basin of the Welu.

Hint before visiting: The separated sea is a temporary beach suitable for recreation only when the tide is low.

Tip : Activities to enjoy can be catching sea creatures, photo shooting, fishing, and other water sports.
